The Position
Are you a leader with a proven background in sales?
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an individual with showroom / retail management experience, or someone with a strong background in bathroom & tile sales looking to take the next step in their career.
Assisting with the running our showroom facility in Hemel Hempstead, you will be a brand advocate and strong leader, able to successfully represent the company’s core values of great customer service and demonstrating excellent knowledge of bathroom products, brands and tiles.
You will be responsible for a range of duties including managing the sales team, looking after and growing our trade base and designing bathroom layouts. You will undertake a range of administration tasks and stock management, so systems knowledge would be an advantage but full training will be given.
Market competitive salary + commission, bonus package and full training and opportunities to progress within the Business.
Duties will include:
Retail and Trade customer sales
Order and payment processing
Designing bathroom layouts using specialist CAD software
General stock control including lifting and handling stock
Managing a team of sales designers
As Assistant Showroom Manager you will have:
Strong leadership skills
A proven background of showroom sales
Experience of Microsoft Office applications
A positive ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to outperform sales targets
A flexible approach to work and a desire to grow within a successful business
