Quest Employment is currently recruiting for a warehouse administrator with previous administrative and Warehouse Experience.

Are you organized, efficient, and passionate about operations? Look no further! We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Administrator at one of our clients based in Swan Valley – Northampton.

As a warehouse administrator your responsibilities will be as below:

  • Utilize your exceptional organizational skills to oversee inventory control, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, ensuring optimal inventory management and timely reordering.
  • Collaborate with various teams, such as logistics, production, to ensure seamless coordination of warehouse activities.
  • Picking and packing incoming orders.
  • Processing customer orders accordingly, responding to emails.

This is a temp to perm position for the right candidate.

Your working hours will be Monday-Friday 07:30-16:30 and the payrate is £11.50/h with increase to £13 after successful probation.

The ideal candidate will :

  • Have proven experience in warehouse administration or a related field, demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Have strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
  • Have warehouse operative experience in picking and packing
  • Have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
  • Have basic IT skills .
  • Be a team player with a positive attitude
  • Be punctual, confident and productive.

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

Salary: £11.50-£13.00 per hour
