Job Title: Care Assistant
Location: Coventry Area
Hours: 12-hour shift - 6/7 days a week
Salary: £12.00 p/h
We are looking for Care Assistants in the Coventry Area to help within our care homes. As a Care Assistant, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You’ll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship – and sharing great moments and memories too. It’s a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment. Every day will be different, so you can expect to undertake work that’s as varied as it is rewarding. As a Care Assistant, you could be doing anything from supporting residents with their food and drink and following care plans to ensuring that each of our residents has one-to-one time. The Role:
- Providing companionship and company
- Supporting residents with personal care
- Administering Medication
- Accompanying residents to appointments and social outings if needed
- Supporting residents to pursue their hobbies, interests and social activities
The Candidate:
- 6 months experience working in care related roles
- CV up to date
- Right to work in the UK
- Another form of photo ID
- DBS within 12 months
- 2x completed references
- Proof of address within the last 3 months
- COVID Vaccine proof (If you have had the vaccine)
