Job description
Handle incoming telephone calls, professionally and promptly connecting callers to the relevant person or department whilst ensuring the highest level of customer experience.
Additionally to welcome every customer to the centre and establish their needs before directing them to the most appropriate member of staff whilst ensuring all customers are well attended to and assist them when appropriate
Skills required within the role are;
To create a positive first impression that customers experience when visiting the dealership. To care for customers and visitors waiting for other members of the team. To promptly attend to customers’ needs.
Additionally to have Impeccable standards of presentation in customer facing areas.
Ensure all telephone calls are answered promptly and in accordance with Riverside Volvo's guidelines, recording and accurately passing all messages to appropriate personnel. To ensure those telephone connections are made as quickly as possible bearing in mind busy times and meetings that may be in progress.
To help enhance the reputation of Riverside Volvo at every opportunity when interacting with others.
To carry out other administrative and clerical duties as and when required (i.e. post room duties, stationery order, invoice logging)
The position is part time from 1pm to 6pm Monday to Friday. Flexibility is needed to be able to cover the opposite shift for holidays and absence. Full details would be discussed in interviews.
