Receptionist
Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire
Part -Time, Monday to Friday 22.5 hours per week, between the hours of 12.30pm and 5.00pm

NVSL is the UK’s leading veterinary wholesaler.
Our business provides a next day supply and distribution service through our nationwide network of distribution depots, serving an average of 2750 customers every day.
This is a Part-time opportunity for you to join our Reception Team.
What you will be doing
· Greet and sign in persons entering the establishment in a courteous and professional manner, determining the nature and purpose of their visit and direct/escort them to specific destinations.
· Answer incoming calls in a timely manner, providing excellence telephone rapport and manners.
· Prepare for the day/week ahead by effectively observing the schedule for planned visitors.
· Assist with supportive tasks such as arranging/booking rooms for meetings.
· Collection and enveloping of customer invoices ready for posting.
· Manage the reception coffee machine stock, including placing replenishment orders.
· Receive, sort, and distribute incoming post across the business.
· Organise the outgoing post for the business to a collection ready level.
· Arrange and maintain reception office supplies, placing orders when required.
