The Car Showroom Host is responsible for providing customers with an enjoyable and memorable dealership experience.
This individual will greet customers, answer their questions, help them find the right department, and ensure that they have a pleasant and informative experience. Managing the sales floor to ensure a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
Main purpose of job
- Create customer confidence in the company using a professional approach and attitude
- Ensure the highest standard of courtesy and efficiency in customer contact and communication
- Always maximise opportunities to raise the dealership profile
- Ensure the highest degree of efficiency and understanding of customer requirements
- To ensure customer awareness of all products and services available
- To carry out promotional work as directed and with enthusiasm
About you
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to converse clearly and concisely with customers and other staff members
- Able to accurately record relevant information
