About the Role

You’ll be working in a busy but small and competitive sales office where there’s never a quiet day or chance to be bored. Every day, you’ll get a flow of hot leads from people asking for a quote. You’ll put together a design & quote package to send to the lead and then follow up to close the sale, taking advantage of our award-winning CRM system and industry-leading design software. In return, on top of a basic salary of £24,000, you’ll earn generous commission with a very attractive OTE of £42,000 – but earnings are uncapped and the highest performers in our team regularly exceed this.

We’re growing every quarter, taking on this dinosaur industry and due to a high volume of hot leads we need an ambitious, driven and talented salesperson to join us on our epic journey.

About the Team

You will report directly to the Sales Team Leader who works in the sales office with you. You will have daily contact with the founders who are extremely focussed on the growth of the business and the success of the team. The team are all at different stages of their growth with us and enjoy seeing each others success as well as their own. With regular team based competitions, you will all get to know each other closely and help to push each other to succeed and develop.

About You
Are you driven by big commission? Do you have a history of high performance? You could be perfect for the team at our Nottinghamshire office, easily commutable from Nottingham, Mansfield, Hucknall and more.

Do you have a track record of experience working in a target-driven and commission based sales role? Can you manage your time n the day effectively? You would thrive in our sales team.

Do you have great telephone and email manner? Can you ask the right questions to build rapport with customers and get to the information you need? We would love you to apply for our fantastic opportunity!

You will need:

· The ability to follow a sales process and use a CRM system

· To be competitive, wanting to be the winner in the team

· Passion for giving great service to customers

· Great time management and self-starter attitude

· Hunger to learn and earn!

· Fantastic communication skills

The ideal candidate would have:

● 2+ years’ experience a commission-based, KPI-driven sales role

● Great IT skills, including CRM experience

● A strong work ethic and ability to balance your work day effectively

● The ability to ask questions and handle objections
