Security Officer
Duties:
- Monitor and operate CCTV systems to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Conduct regular patrols to identify and address any security risks or breaches.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, taking appropriate action as needed.
- Enforce access control procedures, verifying identification and ensuring authorized entry.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a security-related role is preferred.
- Strong observation and surveillance skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
