IFIX Technologies Ltd is a mobile phone sales and repair shop in Nottingham. We have operated in the mobile phone sales and repair industry for over 8 years, repaired over 40,000 devices of every kind since 2014.
During this time, we have always strived for top tier customer service and to be the most trustworthy mobile shop in the Carlton, Nottingham area.
The business has seen an increase demand from new and existing customers for mobile phone sales and repair services. Therefore, the shop requires a trained shopkeeper who would be able to advise clients and generate sales.
Duties to include:
· defines the market position for the business, decides what to sell, forecasts demand and develops the brand image of the business;
· determines staffing, financial, material and other short- and long-term requirements;
· oversees staff training, rotas and the allocation of work;
· provides information about mobile phone sales and services to staff and customers and ensures customer complaints are appropriately dealt with;
· ensures that adequate reserves of mobile parts are held and orders new stock as required;
· examines quality of mobile phone parts and products and ensures that effective use is made of advertising and display facilities.
· Manages and maintains the shop in a clean, safe and secure manner.
