Offer:
- an attractive hourly rate ranging from £27,000 to £29000 per annum
- 40 hours per week must work those hours Monday to Sunday

Key Competencies for an Shop Manager (take away food shop)
- Plans kitchen/catering services and manage staff;
- Decides on range and quality of meals and beverages to be provided;
- Discusses customers in accordance to daily physical and online orders and requirements for special occasions;
- Supervise all stock, purchases and directs the purchasing of supplies and arranges for preparation of accounts;
- Verifies that quality of food, beverages and waiting service is as required, that the shop areas are kept clean.
- Appropriate hygiene standards are maintained in compliance with statutory requirements;
- Plans and arranges food preparation in collaboration with other staff and organises the provision of waiting or counter staff;
- Checks that supplies are properly used and accounted for to prevent wastage and loss and to keep within budget limit;
- Ensure that the team is productive and enjoy their work. Follow a robust and on boarding process for new starters to aid retention and ensure all relevant paperwork is completed correctly and in a timely manner;
- Build people capability in shop through a focus on functional know-how and leadership competencies;
- Determines staffing, financial, material and other short-and long-term requirements;
- Must Encourage the team to take full ownership and accountability on results and follow up through robust performance management;
- To communicate all key information to the directors in the most effective way using the most appropriate media including management meetings;
- Rigorously follow all government employment legislation, including, working time regulation, home office regulations, equality act.
