Hi! I'm looking for a couple of Shop Assistants to work with me at the my Shop Stall at WOMAD Festival to sell my products of Handmade Leather Jewellery and Accessories.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, display maintenance and rearrangement, including maintaining the cleanliness of the products and the store.
The ideal candidate will be an outgoing person with strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
The job offer includes the set up and pack down of the stall (No Gazebo) so, a bit of heavy lifting will be involved.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with assistance.
- Answer customer questions and provide information on products and services.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions.
- Maintain display clean and tidy, including the store environment.
- Assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
- Assist with inventory management.
The trip start on Tuesday 25th of July and Finish on Monday 31st.
You will need to come and meet me at Limehouse, but on the way back, I will take you back home.
You will need to provide your own tent to sleep and camping material.
Salary will be paid last day + Bonuses for performance at own discretion.
- Expected total hours of work will be around 40-45h.
- Shifts will vary per day between 6 to 10h.
- Hourly rate is £10 per hour.
- extra hours above 45, will be paid at £10.50/h if happy to work Overtime.

- Location: Charlton Park - 2h drive from London (we go with a van)
