Job description
Real Patisserie Trafalgar Street is looking for a friendly and motivated full time shop assistant. Someone who is dynamic, happy to work in a fast paced work environment, punctual and reliable.

The ideal candidate would have similar previous experience as barista, customer service role (hospitality industry is a plus) and basic knowledge in Food Safety.
35-40 hours/week, Monday to Friday and some occasional Saturday to cover holidays. The shop is closed on Sundays and bank holidays.
The shifts will mainly be from 11am to 6.30pm but you can be asked to work mornings once in a while.
Hourly rate is calculated as below:
- from 18 to 21 £7.49/hour
- from 21 to 22 £10.18/hour
- over 23 £10.42/hour
Ideally, you would be able to start immediately.
