Responsibilities:
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding
- Data entry in information systems, and audits for accuracy and compliance
- Handling employees payroll
- Advisory to employees that covers absence, conduct and capability, organizational changes, and all other employee-relations matters
- Communication, interpretation, and employee directory
- Contribute to policy development
- Coordinating with cross-functional departments
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an HR department
- Knowledge of Russian from B1
- Knowledge of HRIS as an advantage
- Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of national laws and regulations related to employment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
