As a Waiter/Waitress with ISS UK, you will be at the heart of the action and will play a key role in our catering operation, overseeing the service of food while keeping an to excellent standard of customer satisfaction so every guest feels welcome and leaves happy.

The Role
- Motivated your team so they deliver the highest standard of customer care
- Work closely with the catering team to server food and beverages that will change our guest day
- Keep to deadlines, with prompt service of meals in line with our standards of accuracy
- Mange events, coordinating set-ups, breakdowns and equipment is accounted for
- Represent our catering & operations teams always thinking of Client satisfaction
About You
- Experience in a similar roles within a corporate Hospitality setting
- Enthusiastic approach to work
- A supervisory and positive, can-do attitude is essential
- You can follow instructions but are not scared to make your own decisions for what's best for the customer
- Understand customer needs putting them first, ensuring their experience is a pleasant one
- A talented team player who works well with others
