Job description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Shop Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, refilling stock, helping customers find the products they need, and operate the till. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, an eye for detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and answer their questions in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store.
- Provide customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with selecting products that meet their needs.
- Keep track of inventory and refill stock as needed.
- Serving customers at the till.
- Help with unpacking and organising deliveries.
Full time hours: 37.5 per week, 5 days. Weekend shifts (At least one day).
Part time hours: 22.5-30 per week, 3-4 days. Weekend shifts (At least one day).
Working hours: 10:00-17:30
