Job description
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining IT infrastructure.
Duties:
- Provide technical support to end-users for both Mac OS and Windows operating systems
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Maintain IT infrastructure including LAN, TCP/IP, Active Directory, and other related technologies
- Utilize ServiceNow and Jira to track and resolve support tickets
- Provide excellent customer service to all end-users
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field
- Experience with Mac OS and Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of LAN, TCP/IP, Active Directory, and other related technologies
- Experience with ServiceNow and Jira preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
