Starbucks is a global coffee company with over 30,000 stores in 80 countries. We are looking for a highly motivated Shift Supervisor to join our team in the Northern Ireland. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of Baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve daily sales targets.
Supervisor responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of Baristas to provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure the store is clean, well-stocked and meets health and safety standards
- Manage inventory and stock levels, placing orders when necessary
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food products
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Train new team members and develop existing team members' skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
Salary: £11.00-£11.60 per hour
