As the Shift Production Manager , you will report directly to the Manufacturing and Logistics Controller, leading the manufacturing operations within budget and driving output targets to meet customer requirements and standards.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement key manufacturing strategies aligned with the company's initiatives.
- Oversee plant production, financial performance, and the smooth execution of planned activities.
- Monitor daily KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to optimise stock throughput and meet production targets.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and people management abilities with experience working as a Production Shift Manager or Supervisor for at least 3 years .
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in problem-solving, planning, and decision-making.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a Production management role.
- Degree-level education.
