What is the role?
We’re recruiting a Marketing Administrator to join our expanding marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Director we are seeking an enthusiastic marketing administrator to support our growing marketing team to support key campaigns and activities to drive brand awareness and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a positive, engaging manner and be consistently hardworking and proactive with an ambition to grow in a marketing team.
- Supporting the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
- Helping conduct and collate findings from market research
- Composing and posting online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
- Supporting the organisation and attendance of events
- Reporting on marketing KPIs and using these to suggest efficiencies within the team
- Providing fact-checking, copy-editing, and formatting assistance during the creation of content
- Coordinating and maintaining all branded merchandise, including inventory management, and ensuring that all new merchandise meets the brand guidelines
- Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
- Responding to marketing queries via phone, email, or social media
- Helping to log, manage and report on leads and ROI
What do I need?
Previous experience in an administration function.- Experience working within a B2B team with excellent written and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- IT skills including; PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- A hard working and proactive nature.
