Our newly developed, modern office in Fulham hosts free weekly yoga and Pilates classes, weekly free cakes and breakfasts, free tea and coffee, Summer and Christmas parties and free monthly evening drinks.Why Is This Role Important to Ivy Education?As our Sales Assistant you will often be the first point of contact for a potential client, either by phone or email, so you will be relied upon to act as a positive representative of the Ivy Education brand and have a solid knowledge of all products and services we provide in order to aid your initial client discussions and assist them with their query. The team will also be depending on you to accurately record client information and requirements in our CRM and to set and prioritise relevant follow-up tasks for the most appropriate members of the team to action. The Sales Assistant role includes direct Tuition Sales opportunities with associated commission.Who Are We Looking For?This role would suit someone who is customer-focussed and confident liaising with external clients as well as the internal team; able to organise their own time effectively; able to use their initiative to deal with a range of task and queries and someone who has a strong attention to detail. This role would suit someone with experience in Sales and Education industry experience is advantageous but not a requirement. Progression within Sales team or Client Services team will be available for the right candidate.What Will You Be Doing?Sales Assistant·Manage all client enquiries received via phone, email and company websiteBe knowledgeable about Ivy products and services to engage with client’s initial interest and book a call with the Sales ManagerBe responsible for the tracking and oversight of client use of Tuition PackagesRecord client information into CRM promptly and accuratelySchedule sales call for the Sales Manager as efficiently as possible, prioritising clients, to maximise enquiry conversion ratesFollow up with all clients that are uncontactable as part of our Enquiry Chase process in order to secure a sales call with the Sales Manager or Managing DirectorAssist current Ivy clients with additional requirements or concernsReactively and proactively deliver sales to Ivy Education’s clients under the direction of the Sales Manager.Sales associated with Tuition surge delegated by the Sales Manager.What Skills & Attributes Do We Require?Collaborative, positive, and confident approachAn aptitude for Sales • Strong Maths skills to support Accounting queriesAn aptitude for using multiple software systemsHighly organised with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communicationCan manage shifting priorities, demands and timelinesDesire to work in a fun and fast-paced SMEEnglish speaker - native or bilingualProficient in Microsoft OfficeExperience in education sector is helpful but not necessaryJob Type: Full-timeSalary: £26,250.00-£28,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:Commission payAbility to commute/relocate:London, SW6 4LZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Education:Bachelor's (required)Language:English (required)Work authorisation:United Kingdom (required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in London, SW6 4LZApplication deadline: 20/11/2023
