We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join the team at Lind Motorrad Norwich (BMW).
This role will be ensuring that every customer experiences the very best service from the moment they enter the showroom to the point they pick up their car!
The successful candidate must have excellent administration skills, very good attention to detail and be a great communicator. You will need to be quick learner; well organised and Automotive administration experience would be strongly preferred.
Main Responsibilities:
- To ensure the efficient administration of all vehicles for the sales department within defined operating policies.
- Ensuring that the accuracy of orders against current specification codes for standard and factory fitted equipment are correct.
- Monitor vehicle availability and transit to dealership.
- Collate and record all new vehicle delivery information.
- Create files for all vehicles into stock showing all vehicle details and produce all internal paperwork.
- Ensure all vehicle paperwork is correct and loaded onto customer file.
- Preparing and completing all sales paperwork in a timely manner.
- Other administration duties as may be required to fulfil the objectives of the role.
Ideal Candidate:
- Very organised
- Car dealership/motor trade experience preferable, but not essential
- Excellent I.T. skills and attention to detail required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Professional attitude
- Punctual & reliable
In return we are offering a basic + bonus OTE of £26,200 per annum.
