Our Starbucks Coffee Canada store is located in Richmond Hill, ON L4C 6Z4. We are customer-centric, inclusive, and fast-paced.
Shift Supervisors are the operational experts that keep the store running like clockwork. By leading a shift, running a team and making store operational decisions they develop leadership skills for the future. They role model high quality service while creating meaningful connections with customers and partners alike.
This job is for YOU if you have:
!. Minimum of (1) year customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment. Six (6) months of experience in a position that requires constant interacting and fullfilling the requests of customers.
2.Ability to direct the work of others having at l;east 6 months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and / or coordinating the tasks of 2 or more employees.
3.Create a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific ,timely and respectful coaching and feedback to partners on shift to ensure operational excellence and improve partner perforfance.
4. Executes store operations during scheduled shifts
5. Able to learn quickly, have effective oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
6. Available to work flexible hours iwhich ncludes early morning, evenings, weekends, nights and /or holidays.
7. Coached others on the preparation of food and beverage to standard recipes and customised for customers including recipe changes such as temperature, quality of ingredients or substituted ingredients.
