This Role:

Our Shared Ownership Sales Adviser role is a front-line representative of our "SoResi" brand with National Developers across the UK. This position will see you being responsible for all B2B customer enquiries and assisting in the sale of homes to eligible customers to ensure Sales’ targets are met or exceeded with highest levels of customer satisfaction achieved.

Our Shared Ownership Sales Adviser will work some weekends to facilitate customer requirements and to meet reservation targets.

Within this role you will be supporting New Homes Developers sales teams in the shared ownership approval process and supporting the progression of buyers from offer accepted stage through to completion. By demonstrating your strong shared ownership knowledge, initiative and proven organisational skills. Also providing help to manage the developers customer journey when they buying a newly built home end to end. Effectively assisting the Sales & Marketing Department and activities across multiple tenures including New Build Sales and Joint Venture providing a high quality efficient compliance approval support to the team.

Duties:

  • Responsible for ensuring that all sales generated by national developers are approved to proceed and comply with CFG
  • Responsible for supporting the developers sales consultants navigate through shared ownership reservations they are no used to dealing with
  • Provide full sales service to a B2B customer via Teams should they get stuck, effectively becoming their guide/coach until they become confident
  • Building good relationships with developers, their consultants, sales manager and IFAs to support the delivery of the sales budget.
  • Required to attend some developer led sales launch events
  • Responsible for ensuring that homes are reserved in accordance with SoFi’s policies in line with eligibility, affordability and compliance requirements.
  • Support external housing events and exhibitions as directed to promote the products and services offered by SoResi
  • Contribute effectively with internal cross-functional teams within SoResi to support sales delivery and future management of new developments.
  • Responsible for reporting any issues on site in relation to site activity, marketing collateral and show homes which may impact on sales delivery, including ensuring show homes are monitored regularly to meet customer expectations.
  • To ensure high levels of customer and stakeholder satisfaction always.
  • To carry out other duties as may be reasonably assigned by the Sales Support Manager and Senior Reporting & Analysis Manager, such duties to be compatible with the level of this job description.
  • To handle customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
  • To ensure SoResi policies and procedures are always followed including the lone working policy and in accordance with GDPR regulations
  • Ensuring customer correspondence is recorded on the company’s systems with mortgage and legal documentation recorded in accordance with audit and compliance purposes
  • Have regular liaison with IFA’s on the progress of mortgage
  • Approving mortgage offers on behalf of the business as well as coordinating mortgage extensions and revaluations, as and when required
  • Handling customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner
  • Achieving our customer KPI’s by ensuring our people powered living culture forms the back bone of how you approach stakeholders both internally and externally

What you need to succeed:

  • Demonstrable experience in a sales and customers service environment
  • Knowledge of intermediate and private sales products
  • An understanding of the legal process of shared ownership and outright property sales
  • Proven experience of delivering excellent customer care.
  • Able to communicate effectively and build relationships with a wide range of customers and stakeholders.
  • Results orientated with an ambition to deliver customer aspirations
  • To deliver excellent Customer Service and act proactively to meet customer expectations
  • Self-motivation with a positive and problem-solving attitude
