Location: Gaydon / Hybrid working
Rate: £28.67 ph via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) or £21.85 ph PAYE

Job Description:
The candidate will be responsible for the Project management of Vehicle Weight Targets and Deliverables, including benchmarking for future target setting and balancing. Cascade and Track vehicle weight requirements to System Level and monitoring of status by interacting with System Engineers Co-ordinate and chair Design Efficiency Reviews, using company and competitor data, to assist engineers in Vehicle Light-Weighting Status Reporting and issue resolution up to management level.
Candidate would be responsible for co-ordination of generation and maintenance of Vehicle Mass Properties Models where required. Conduct validation of components and vehicles. Support Vehicle Mass Certification Activity ahead of vehicle Launch if required by Vehicle Programme.

- Good presentation and communication skills.
Experience Required:
- Experience of Vehicle Engineering, or engineering in a Weight-Sensitive Area.
Experience Preferred:
- Whole Vehicle Engineering knowledge and cross functional experience.
- Self-motivated, uses initiative and problem solver who is focussed on delivering results.
- Able to deliver quality and consistency in a complex and a highly-demanding environment.
