Red Funnel is the original Isle of Wight ferry company with a history spanning 160 years. Today, we're a modern, integrated transport, travel and leisure company carrying over 3 million passengers and freight every year, between Southampton and the Isle of Wight.
We are currently looking for fixed term Services Assistants to join our shoreside Passenger Operations team, where no two days are the same. We have full time and part time positions available ranging between 20 and 36 hours per week. These positions will be based in our Terminals at Southampton and on the Isle of Wight.
You'll be working in a unique and busy fast paced environment with an excellent opportunity to show your creativity and passion in delivering superb customer service.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the food and beverage offer within our terminal areas and ensuring first class service delivery. You’ll need excellent face-to-face communication and customer service skills gained through significant experience within a ‘front-line’ customer orientated environment.
A hands on, proactive approach will be key to achieving the company/ department objectives. Successful applicants will also need to possess excellent team player skills.

Hours are worked on a rostered shift system operating over 21 hours, 7 days a week, including bank holidays, and will vary between early starts and late finishes.
