An Account Manager in the Stitch team is like conducting a wonderful orchestra. Your role is to co-ordinate all of the many aspects of what makes a wonderful communications strategy for our clients, from initial pitches to final delivery and everything in between. This role would suit somebody who is familiar with creative agency styles of working and is confident in the processes that are part of this – Eg. Briefing, creative collaboration, project management, translation management, financial planning and tracking.

• Managing creative communication projects for our clients, across all industries and geographies with dozens of channels, languages and details to consider
• Working alongside our technical colleagues around the firm to ensure that the work we’re delivering is accurate, compelling and fully aligned with the bigger Deloitte picture
• Diving into projects about all manner of subjects, sometimes complex in nature, but always with a similar quest to make things creatively engagement to support our clients in meeting their objectives
• Being a people person who really shines no matter who you're working with... the team, clients, the wider firm or our network of suppliers
• Maintaining a sense of good-humour and calm within the team as you approach a variety of projects - always making time to share your expertise with the rest of the team
• Writing excellent briefs for the creative team at your fingertips, whether it's for a piece of copy, some new concepts or an animation
• Overseeing and managing project commercials to ensure that work is delivered on time and on budget
• Using your in-depth knowledge of clients and their world to find further opportunities to collaborate on projects
• Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

Connect to your skills and professional experience

• Creative project experience is an important part of this role - you should feel confident in the general processes and workflows of taking creative projects from concept to delivery, understanding how to brief, oversee and work alongside colleagues to achieve results for clients
• You should be somewhat of a client chameleon, knowing how to change your style to give our amazing (and global) clients the experience that makes us special
• You will have a strong track record in growing and developing client relationships
• Enthusiasm and natural curiosity comes easily and you have a desire to understand how things work and why
• Quality control is second nature to you. You know when something isn’t quite good enough or factually accurate and you make it your priority to fix it
• Full confidence in managing project work independently, knowing when you need to escalate to others in the team to gain further insights, solutions or support
• Strong experience and grasp of numbers with the ability to confidently cost, track and report on projects to measure key metrics

Personal independence

Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints. This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm. The recruitment team will provide further detail as you progress through the recruitment process.
