Service and Warranty Co-Ordinator, Permanent position, up to £30K Monday to Friday – no weekend work (early finish on a Friday ), modern friendly working environment,
Location of the position: Rochdale
A leading manufacturing business who are renowned for its quality and innovation is seeking to recruit a strong Aftercare Coordinator to join its team. This is due to the continued growth of the business. The facility is a traditional Manufacturing business with a supportive, friendly, and growing team.
The Ideal person will be someone who has strong administrative skills with good customer service, Microsoft Office with experience in CRM Systems. You will have excellent attention to detail with the ability to work to tight deadlines and meet the high demands of a busy service office.
The ability to manage a high workload and be a completer finisher in projects.
Duties as a Service & Warranty Coordinator:
- Receive telephone calls from customers, engineers, and 3rd Party Suppliers ensuring all calls are dealt with promptly and in a friendly and professional manner.
- Log customer issues onto the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – detailing all communication to the customers.
- Where required amend details to ensure all records are kept up-to-date and accurate at all times.
- Respond to email enquiries from customers, ensuring they are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop a rapport with the internal engineer network and build relationships with the Aftermarket service team, internal departments, and customers.
- Assist in planning efficient routes for the engineers, informing relevant other departments within the Aftermarket Service department of the calls to be attended on a weekly basis.
- Review parts requirements and coordinate despatch for all engineer requests daily to ensure they can be repaired in the minimum amount of time and number of visits possible.
- Manage customer escalations and complaints.
