About the vacancy: We are recruiting a Timetabling Manager to lead our central timetabling service to delivery effective and efficient timetables that provide our students with an inclusive high quality experience. You will work with our stakeholders to use our campuses effectively and sustainably and ensure our data integrity to enable effective management information. You will have a key role in contributing to our ambitious campus plans working with colleagues across the university.
About you: You will be a skilled communicator and collaborator with the ability to build productive working relationships with stakeholders from a variety of service and our student bodies. You will have experience of leading and managing teams and individual team members within a complex organisation and delivering projects on time. You adopt a collaborative leadership style with a coaching approach to tap into the resourcefulness and expertise of your team.
Energetic and ambitious, you enjoy working at pace and are comfortable with complexity and change. You have excellent communication and influencing skills and establish credibility quickly with staff at all levels. You are passionate about higher education and can inspire your teams individually and collectively to deliver the best possible experience for our students.
Where is this role based?
This post is primarily based at our lively Frenchay campus and will involve working at our other campuses. At our Frenchay campus we have invested in the latest facilities and resources to give both our staff and students access to everything they need to succeed, while we continue to develop incredible new facilities to enhance our offer even further.

This is a full-time, permanent post, working 37 hours per week. Unfortunately, this post is not available on a job share basis.
