Your Purpose

The Drinks dispense Tech Rep Apprentice is a key member of the team and we are looking for individuals with exceptional experience, drive, passion for brands and commitment to ensure our brands show up fantastically well in key strategic cities!
Working as part of a team, you will observe and assist in the maintenance and installation of beer dispense equipment in a wide range of outlets within the hospitality sector. Initially the role will involve working under the guidance of a mentor, developing a mixture of mechanical and electrical skills. Over time the remit will expand to complete line cleaning, fault finding and repair tasks, followed by small installations to create new dispense points. Being field based the role can involve lone working where self-discipline and confidence are key.
You’ll gain both depth and breadth of experience across a range of tasks along side building relationships with colleagues and customers. You will also gain a Level 3 qualification in Drinks Dispensing with our provider Wolverhampton College.
Each day is a new experience – you definitely won’t be bored! We work in a wide variety of locations, from pubs & clubs, to high end restaurants, and large scale events.
Some of things you will getting involved in:
- Ordering, installing, and returning parts
- Manage vehicle stock effectively
- Maintain dispense and cooling equipment to specified quality standards
- Build great relationships with internal and external customers and colleagues, displaying good interpersonal skills and problem solving.
About You
We’re keen to hear from ambitious and entrepreneurial people who are keen to learn, develop and progress within our organisation. You’ll need to hold a full UK driving licence & be over the age of 18+ when commencing the apprenticeship in September 2023.
