We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, helping customers find the products they need, and assisting with sales transactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping customers. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced retail environment and gain valuable experience in sales and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product knowledge and advice to customers.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide assistance with product selection.
- Maintain a neat and orderly store environment.
- Assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
- Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 16-30 per week
Salary: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
