This Role: Service Support Coordinator
This role will provide support to services within an NHS 24 contact centre environment. As a Service Support Coordinator, you will support your NHS 24 colleagues to ensure the delivery of effective and appropriate care is being provided at all times
Shift patterns available:
The 37.5 hour post involves shift working. At this time we provide a service between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday. This post will also require weekend working and public holiday working. The working pattern can change, although, sufficient notice would be provided.
