As Digital Performance Manager for Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) you’ll have responsibility for the paid media performance for Europe, delivering traffic and growth through our branded web platforms. Implementing the European strategy, you’ll manage third party agencies and work hands-on implementing campaigns where required, ensuring key KPIs and growth targets are met. You’ll ensure a consumer first mindset, entrepreneurial culture and the development of people in line with the growth and transformation of our Ecommerce business.

With extensive experience of PPC and other digital paid media in a D2C business, you’ll have had responsibility for managing agencies and hands-on platform management including Google and Meta. With strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to influence decision making, you’ll have strong stakeholder management and influencing skills gained across cross-functional teams and at all levels of an organisation. Predominantly home based, there will be the requirement to travel to our office in Birchwood, Warrington and customer/agency sites across the UK and Europe.
