Position Description
Salary - £15.61 per hour (42.5hrs per week)
Overtime @ time and a half
Hrs - Monday to Friday 11am to 2000hrs (1/2 unpaid lunch)
We’ll need you to:
- To carry out duties as instructed by the Service Controller, to include supporting the service department with administration duties, collection and delivery of customer vehicles and road tests following workshop repairs.
- To provide support to the parts department when required in delivering parts to customers.

The Ideal Candidate
- HGV Class 1 licence (Possibly PSV)
- Experience in MS Office, predominantly Outlook and Teams
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written), customer service and phone skills
- Must be able to prioritise work both independently and as a team, be self-motivated and well organised
- Positive, collaborative, and team-orientated attitude
- The ability to multitask and work under pressure
- A friendly and approachable manner
