We are looking for a Service Project Coordinator to join our team in South East UK. You will have strong experience in a similar role or industry and be expected to travel occasionally within our northern Europe service region.

As part of this growth, we are pleased to announce a new position as part of our exceptional Field Service support Team within the UK. This is a Service Project Coordinator position and will be responsible for providing expert advice, management and organisational support to our team across a wide range of our flagship products. This role is critical to the operation of our service team, incorporating extensive Client management, liaising with internal stakeholders and providing an engaged and proactive experience.
You will be based in South East UK. As part of our team, you'll be home home-based with opportunities for occasional travel (20%) within our Northern European service region.
What you will accomplish together with us
Collaborate with senior management and relevant stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and assist with resource allocation.
Develop customer quotations where required and participate in negotiations with customer.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of service activities, ensuring all activities are executed according to the established plans. Coordinate with technical support and back office members to ensure jobs are set with correct criteria.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and related service departments. Keep them informed about project progress, challenges.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans. Monitor service activities to proactively address any issues that may arise during installations, relocations and maintenance-related activities.
Ensure that all service activities adhere to quality standards and align with the Sartorius’s processes.
What will convince us
Technical degree in electronics, electrotechnics, physical measurements.
Several years experience in a similar role or industry.
Strong communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with internal teams and customers.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and address customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Good command of spoken and written English
