An exciting opportunity has arisen at InstaGroup for a Production Planning Coordinator to join our production division. You will report into the Office Manager and work with in-house and sub-contracted teams, ensuring all planned work is profitable and the teams are efficient.
The role is office based, working with a supportive team who engage and collaborate, focusing on continuous improvement at all stages of the process.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with the understanding of the production process, working in a fast-paced role within an everchanging environment.

You will be responsible for:
· Planning – scheduling and coordination of all in-house and sub-contractor Field Teams, ensuring SLA's are achieved and we continue to deliver a positive customer experience.
· Customer Relations – Having excellent customer service experience and skills, you will be supporting customers with any queries, delivering an exceptional service always.
· Being a Team Player – Support the team and provide cover when required.
· Allocation – Liaise with the Production Manager to coordinate site allocations
· Building External Relationships – Build relationships with sub-contractors, Surveyors and key customers.
· Communication – ensuring that you are updating the Office Manager on any issues raised and progress on site.
What you will need:
- Planning - Co-ordination/Planning experience (preferably in a construction business).
- Systems - System experience of Microsoft Office (Nav experience desirable).
- Self-Management - Ability to work on own initiative and manage their own workload, prioritising as required.
- An agile thinker - Effectively work under pressure and achieve results.
· Attention to detail. You will have the ability to complete tasks whilst demonstrating a thorough approach, no matter how large or small, by monitoring and checking all work whilst organising time and resources efficiently
· You communicate clearly. You can explain anything to anyone, and you are comfortable communicating in writing and on the phone.
· Enjoy being part of a team. You will roll your sleeves up when required and support others when needed. You enjoy being well-organised and self-sufficient, but you can bring everyone along with you.
· You are tenacious. You have high energy & professional enthusiasm to deliver on your goals. You don’t give up and enjoy a challenge and are confident in making quick and effective decisions.
