Regional Manager (Security services) – London
Location: London
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Car Allowance. Company benefits include 8% contributory pension, company bonus

Tremendous opportunity to lead the strategic delivery of security guarding services across a blue chip London portfolio. This quality focused service provider seeks a senior manager with strong commercial acumen, experience managing P&L and first rate client engagement experience.

If you are a commercially astute senior manager with experience managing P&L, driving organic client growth and leading high performing teams then this could be the opportunity for you.

You will be:

• A commercially astute senior manager with experience of managing client relationships (ideally within the UK Security sector)
• A people manager able to develop, coach and lead a team of dedicated Managers.
• Able to build strategic client relationships and provide expert security advice and guidance to corporate clients
• Able to manage P&L and have experience getting the best out of your budget.

The role:

• You will lead the delivery of security services to a portfolio of client accounts in the London region
• Work closely with client stakeholders
• You will play a key role in influencing the growth and strategic direction of the portfolio and wider business
• You will be responsible for strategic management and operational delivery of a portfolio of customer accounts.
• P&L management
• Provide leadership to a team of Managers
• Oversee contract mobilisations
• Project management
