Arrows is a drug and alcohol service in Moray, managed by social care charity Quarriers. Offering harm reduction advice, information and treatment plans to support individuals in their recovery journey.
We are looking for Full Time Service Manager, 37 hours to lead and manage our Arrows Recovery Service.
You will lead and manage a comprehensive Recovery Service ensuring effective partnership working to meet criteria set out by Moray ADP and Scottish Government in align with Medically Assisted Standards and legislation. Through a trauma informed lens, you will ensure the delivery of an effective and adaptable Drug & Alcohol Recovery Service for individuals and families affected by substance use in Moray.
By providing day to day leadership and management to the integrated adult, children and families recovery coach team you will ensure the highest standards of service provision whilst promoting and developing lived experience community in Moray.
You will have responsibility for managing and administering the service budget. Whilst identifying local sources of additional funding to support service development and delivery.
You will be responsible for ensuring the continuous development and support of the Bow Café Social Enterprise
Responsibility for overall management of a multi-disciplinary staff team of recovery coaches, support workers, fieldworkers and administrators.
