Job Introduction
Brindley Honda Cannock is currently looking to recruit a full time, permanent Service Collection & Delivery Driver to be based at our busy Honda dealership in Cannock. We require a highly responsible and customer focused individual, to deliver exceptional service and care for customers vehicles.
The Service Driver is a member of the Aftersales Team and will collect and return customer’s cars as requested by the Service Department in a safe and timely manner.
About the Role
- To support dealership colleagues in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- To collect vehicles from, and deliver them to, customers’ homes or work premises, ensuring the completion of all requisite paperwork.
- To make sure that vehicles used for collection and delivery are kept in a clean, safe, roadworthy condition and serviced in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications.
About You
- You will have the passion to deliver an excellent customer experience and be highly responsible in nature
- A well-presented individual with a desire, attitude and character to succeed
- You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality
- Due to the nature of the role a full UK driving license is required
