Service Desk Manager
SR3 (18—22) £27,344—£29,439 FTE
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Monday—Friday 8.00am—4.00pm (earlier finish of 3.30pm one day a week)
As part of the IT team the post holder will be required to support the IT Systems Manager in providing a safe, effective and reliable IT environment for the schools large and varied user base, keeping the school at the forefront of information technology.
The Service Desk Manager will have strong customer facing skills and the ability to react well to pressure, responding to incidents and issues logged by staff, students, governors and visitors. You will be presentable, professional and self-motivated with the ability to work alone and as part of a team. Essentially, the successful candidate will be motivated and organised and will monitor the tickets coming in and distribute to the technicians where needed.
