Job description
A temporary Receptionist is required for a house builder based in Tamworth.
You’ll be expected to deliver a friendly and efficient reception service and create a welcoming atmosphere to all visitors to the regional office.
Duties:
· Meeting and greeting visitors.
· Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls as necessary.
· Taking and communicating messages efficiently.
· Managing meeting room bookings.
· General office administration duties.
· Sorting incoming and outgoing post.
· Keeping the reception area clean and tidy at all times.
· Undertaking any additional tasks as may reasonably be required from time to time.
You must have previous reception experience, including operating a switchboard.
The booking is for Thursday 22nd and Friday 23rd of June and then Monday 26th to Friday 30th June. The successful applicant can expect more dates throughout the year to cover holidays and other absences.
