New to Business Banking…No problem!
You’ll be supported through our comprehensive 8 week training programme (Mon to Fri 9-5) by our enthusiastic coaching team, giving you the skills and knowledge required. This will be backed up with support from your Team Manager to support your development.
About the role...
Working within our Inbound contact centre you’ll be resolving our small business customers financing queries at first touch.
Delivering outstanding customer service is central to our success so if you excel at building relationships with customers then there's a role for you here.
Adopt a learning mentality and make the most of coaching and development opportunities to continuously improve your skills and capability to build a career with us.
As your confidence grows you’ll spot and call out areas to improve our customers experiences.
You can make a difference to our customers. It's a role that suits people who can identify what a customer really needs and match products/services.
From Day 1 we’ll provide you with all the training and support you need When you're ready (typically 3-6 months) you can benefit from working between home (c60%) and the office (c40%).
About you …
Using your expert rapport building skills you’ll have significant conversations with our customers to build trust.
Using your intuition, reasoning and problem solving skills to assess solutions and make the right decisions for our customer.
With a customer centric approach you’ll have good attention to detail.
Using your verbal communication skills to identify customer needs you’ll deliver the right outcome for our customer.
About your Reward Package

About your work/life balance.
You'll have the flexibility to work from your home and the office.
You’ll be working a 35-hour-week Mon -Fri 8am-5pm on a flexible rotating pattern, leaving your weekends free.
