We are looking for a Customer Service/Sales Advisor's to join a company based in Hinckley who specialize in the highest quality products and customer service.
You will be joining a small specialist Customer Service team.
Salary - £24,000 + Bonus
Location – Hinckley
The Role:
- Answering calls and emails from customers
- Up-selling and closing sales
- Providing a great service
- Hitting targets and KPI's
- Answering general customer enquiries
- Offering style and product advice
- Helping out in the showroom when needed
