Role: Contract Service Desk Analyst
Length: 3 Months initially
Location: Basingstoke
Rate: £130 - £160 Per Day
IR35 Status: Inside
Our client, based in Basingstoke, ae currently looking for a Contract Service Desk Analyst on an initial 3-month contract basis to assist the current team on BAU Support.
You must be able to work fully on site on a site in Dummer so a full driving license and car is required.
The successful candidate will have good experience working across 1st and 2nd Line Support and be able to work in a service desk team environment.
Skills and experience required.
- 1st/2nd Line Support
- ServiceDesk experience
- Windows
- Active Directory
- Network Knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN, VPN)
