Hours: 9am until 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)

Polytec are looking for an IT Service Desk Engineer for our Cambridge based client. This is an onsite role and is for four months initially but with the possibility of extension for a further three months.
Responsibilities:
- Telephone, email and desk side support
- Setup of desktops, laptops and telephony devices
- Creation and management of support tickets
- Support of audio visual and video conference systems
- Support sessions on use of systems and procedures
- Relevant experience in an IT Support role and the management of support tickets
- Hardware experience (building machines)
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to learn and apply attention to detail within defined processes / procedures
- Good interpersonal, communication, time planning, and organisational skills
- Experience of supporting Windows 10 and Office 365
