Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar PV Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of solar PV projects from inception to completion. The candidate will work closely with design and operations teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects, quality installations, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor solar PV and renewable projects from award through to completion
- Manage timelines, resources and budget to achieve project outcomes
- Develop and review project schedules to ensure project delivery on time and within budget
- Ensure quality installation and timely completion of projects
- Manage project administration, documentation, and communication with clients, team members, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain close relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and devise solutions to problems that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Define project deliverables and ensure that they meet customer expectations.
- Provide project status reports to senior management on a regular basis
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
- Experience in Electrical Engineering (relevant qualifications)
- Relevant experience managing solar PV projects
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage project timelines, budget, resources, and risks.
- Knowledge of solar PV and renewable technologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and key stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and standards
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic work environments.
- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications
