Service Desk Agent – 12m Fix Term Contract (FTC)

As a key customer-facing role, our approach to Service Desk support is one driven by great customer service – you are our front door to the rest of the organisation. By supporting staff in their use of technology, you will help keep the organisation online, allowing us to deliver important services to our residents. Our digital strategy demonstrates the need for a modern support function which is always data and user-focused, and you will play a key role in making this a reality.
As the first point of contact for Service Desk customers, you will provide expertise to users of varying abilities, presenting problems ranging from the common to the complex. You will take a positive approach to helping people, escalating where appropriate. As a team dedicated to customer satisfaction, your collaborative behaviour and pragmatic approach will be vital to the success of your colleagues throughout the organisation.

This is a hybrid role, a mixture of both working from home (WFH) and in the office. Current arrangements are that a minimum of 40% of your time will be spent in the office however we need to remain flexible depending on the demands of the role
