The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Hotel Receptionist to join the team. As Hotel Receptionist your duties will include welcoming guests to the hotel, making bedroom bookings, upselling extras whilst supporting our concierge team, show rounds and general day to day hotel reception duties. You will have a friendly and outgoing personality and a passion for service excellence. Knowledge of hotel reservations systems would be a distinct advantage, although not essential as full training will be given.
