Service Delivery Manager – Cleaning – (Mobile)
Base Location – Oxford / Reading / Guildford / Gloucester / Bristol / Swindon (This is a home-based mobile position covering the Southwest & West of the UK.
Hours – 37.5 hours per week
(This is a 6 Month fixed term contract – Potentially leading to permanent opportunity)
Your core work will be Monday - Fridays with occasional shift slides to meet cleaners early or late working patterns.

Are you a self-starter, passionate about customer service, do you have the transferrable skills and the experience to become Apleona next Service Delivery Manager within Cleaning?

As an Apleona Service Delivery Cleaning Manager (SDM), you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness of our clients’ premises across the Southwest & West. You will lead, manage and motivate a team of site-based managers, be an excellent communicator and a clear decision maker. You will be an approachable people manager with a good all-round knowledge of all areas ‘Cleaning Related. Have a great understanding of employee relations, considerable understanding of delivering facilities services and have operated within the Retail, Corporate, Property sectors.
You will maintain and monitor cleaning standards in line with KPI’s, ensuring the team are tasked efficiently by maximising resources. Therefore, a keen eye for cleaning detail, competent with carrying out objective site audits is essential.

We will provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job.
You may already have current IOSH and BICSc qualifications, a track record of working with cleaning industry and high standards of COSHH, H&S, colour coding and a sound knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies which would be great.
You will also have management experience gained in a similar role.
