Service Delivery Manager Bournemouth
Job description
This is an opportunity to work with a market-leading full-service IT provider as a Service Delivery Manager looking after some of the business's most important relationships. This is a fast-paced role in a dynamic team offering great exposure within the business. The Role As the Service Deliver Manager, you will be responsible for covering a variety of areas ranging from managing client relationships through to delivering agreements. Some of the key areas the role will consist of are: Management of the key customer relationships within the business Project management of ual agreements Develop existing customer relations to ensure you are the first and only port of call for all IT requirements Ensure the successful delivery of all expectations agreed internally and externally Delivery of client reviews with key customers Be the point of contact for all service-related issues and complaints within your customer base Own responsibility for trend analysis and correctional plans Ideal Experience This role has a vast variety of skills required so we appreciate it is unlikely that you will have covered all the areas of the position, ideally, you will have experience across a number of the following areas: Experience in a Service Delivery Manager position A history of working in the IT sector Ideally experience working for an MSP An understanding of ual agreements in the full-service IT space A proven history of working collaboratively with internal departments Experience managing client relationships and building long-term partnerships A track record of owning and delivering against client ual agreements Ability to deliver against SLAs and KPIs Remuneration Salary - up to £60K Additional On Call financial benefits Loads of additional benefits This role is a Bournemouth-based hybrid position with the need to travel to client meetings when required.
