Perennial Landscapes Ltd offers landscaping and grounds maintenance to clients throughout the Midlands. As a fast growing business, the opportunity has arisen for a Grounds Maintenance Coordinator position at our premises in Rugeley.
You will be working alongside the grounds maintenance teams, grounds maintenance foreman and Director. You will be proficient in using Excel, Word, Outlook.
The role is to start in mid March 2023.
The role is for 12hrs a week, working 9am-1pm, Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
Duties will include:
- Coordinating and booking in grounds maintenance visits for multiple teams
- Communicating with clients on a monthly basis
- Communicating with teams on a monthly basis
- Purchasing stock and materials
- Assisting with the monthly invoicing
- Updating company records
- Any other administrative requirements to the grounds maintenance teams and the business
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven administration experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good organisation skills
- Good IT skills and competence in spelling and grammar
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 12 per week
Salary: From £10.50 per hour
